The best beaches of Landskrona

There is always room for your towel or sun lounger in Landskrona and on Ven.

Situated a five-minute walk away from the town centre is our town beach, Lagunen (the Lagoon), which offers shallow waters, perfect for smaller children. The beach also has a playground, skate park, toilets and outdoor gym. A stone’s throw away, there is a miniature golf course.

A few kilometres’ north of the town centre lies the picturesque, old fishing village of Borstahusen. At the harbour, you can swim from the pier or the sandy beach. Not only is it a great place to swim, but it also offers restaurants, a playground, an ice cream kiosk, the sale of fresh fish, toilets and the Pumphuset culture house. Don’t forget to bring crab rods and buckets because Borstahusen harbour is perfect for crab fishing.

Just north of Borstahusen harbour lies Lill-olas beach, which has a jetty and sandy beach. The jetty has a lift for people with disabilities. There is also a playground, a street kitchen, an outdoor gym, toilets and barbecue areas. The dog beach is located just north of Lill-olas.

Ålabodarna, north of Landskrona, is also a nice place to swim. The swimming area is located north of the harbour, and we recommend that you park in the car park on the right, just before you drive down to the harbour. On the island of Ven, there are swimming areas in the three harbours.
