Where can I park my car?

The most convenient option is to leave your car on the mainland. There are two car parks right next to the ferry terminal. One 3-day parking and one 7-day parking. The ticket machine accepts cards. You can also download the free Park on off app to pay for your parking.

Where can I park a bus?

There is 1-hour parking available at Kolgatan (right next to the Ventrafiken terminal). You can park for up to 24 hours on Magasinsgatan, behind the railway track. From here, it is roughly a 5-minute walk to Ventrafiken and about 10 minutes to the town centre. You can also park on the streets adjacent to Magasingatan. There are no parking restrictions here. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer long-term parking for buses.

How do I get around on Ven?

The easiest way to get around the island is by bike, but other means of transport are also available. Skånetrafiken buses run at scheduled times between Bäckviken harbour and Kyrkbacken harbour. If you are travelling in a group, you can rent a bus, or alternatively ride in a tractor trailer.

What are the opening hours on Ven?

In peak summer, most places are open daily, but during the off-season, it may be a good idea to book ahead if you wish to visit a restaurant, for example. For more information about opening hours, please see Opening hours.
